check out temperatures. 82 in boston. 80 in albany. unseasonably warm weather all the way up into southern new england, even parts of northern new england. 73 in oakland. pittsburgh, cleveland, columbus have all reached the 80's. same thing in detroit. not quite that warm here. again, morning clouds delayed our warm-up so we have not hit 80 yet this week, but the potential is there tomorrow. if we see this fog burn off a little quicker, the temperature will rise again. fog forming, sun setting at 7:21 p.m. this high-pressure has been near bermuda all week long. it is showing some signs of weakening over the weekend. that allows this big swirl of clouds to inch closer. it does look like on saturday and sunday we will be dealing with the impact of this storm. some slightly cooler air comes in with the storm itself. you can see the big swirl of moisture and around the cut off a storm. that is now pushing into alabama and parts of tennessee. earlier in the week it was out in texas to louisiana. again, that will continue slowly progressing
